Items may be returned within 7 days for refund or exchange. Please contact us immediately for any returns. The returned item must be in the exact same condition as when you received it. If the returned item is as described, but you have changed your mind about purchasing it, you pay for return shipping, and a 15% restocking fee.

All our iPhones include a minimum of 90 day parts and labor warranty at no extra cost. Every new iPhone sold by us will carry Warranty directly from Apple. Every iPhone refurbished and sold by us carries an equivalent 90 day parts and labor Warranty from PiPhone. Any problems arising out of normal usage of the phone is covered, and will be fixed for free. You can, at your option, purchase Extended or Comprehensive Warranties for extra protection of your iPhone as follows: Extended Warranty ($60): 1 year of parts and labor warranty, equivalent to Apple's Limited Warranty. Comprehensive Warranty ($135): 1 year repair of any hardware problem with your iPhone for any reason, including accidents.

(1) Heat is the worst enemy. Room temperature is best. Keep your iPhone in the range of 32-95 degrees Fahrenheit. Avoid the sun, hot cars, and the like. (2) The battery will drain instead of charge, if your iPhone is connected to a computer that is turned off or is in sleep or standby mode. (3) Do not keep your iPhone plugged in all the time! This will decrease your battery's lifespan (the total amount of time your battery will last before it must be replaced). To maximize the lifespan of your battery, go through a complete charge cycle once every 3 weeks or so. A complete charge cycle is when you charge your iPhone fully (e.g. overnight), and then disconnect and use it till the battery drains completely. (4) Increase your battery's life (how long it lasts after a charge) by turning off 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Push Notifications, when possible. Also, minimize usage of careless/power guzzling apps, Location services, and fetch new data. Finally, dim your screen as much as possible.
