Breast Cancer Survivor. My house runneth over w/stuff! Inherited treasures, bargain finds, things left behind when kids grew up... all once loved & cherished. It's time to pass them on to new homes to be enjoyed by equally addicted treasure hunters!

I have a new Grandson...baby stuff! Scrapbooking, office, pet & craft supplies. Lots of different things. I always check eBay when looking for something I need.

Gardening (mostly fighting off the weeds and slugs), photography and photo retouching (if you take bad pictures, you have to make them look good with a little digital help!), painting (cute things for kid's rooms), interior design (my house is always a work in progress...I love power tools), pets (our house is ARK-R-US!)and writing (you know those stupid newsletters you get at Christmas...guilty. If I don't have something to brag about, I'll make something up! Erma Bombeck is my role model). I love my weekly Bible study group and have experienced the power of prayer to work miracles.

Extreme Home Makeover (what a feel good show), most HGTV shows, Animal Planet, Discovery Channel and of course, Desperate Housewives (thank goodness my life is quite normal and boring)!

I've been a high school, preschool and secondary alternative school teacher, owned a travel agency for 15 years, and now I am semi-retired working just two days a week for a small business, answering phones and doing their advertising. I also care for my 94 yr. old Mom, help a disabled nephew, take time to play with my dog and spoil my Grandsons.
