Returns are permitted provided you contact us within 30 days from delivery date. All returns must be accompanied by an RMA# also known as Return Merchandise Authorization number, which we will provide to you upon request. All non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee if product has been opened or not in it's original factory sealed box. There is no re-stocking fee for items which are defective, damaged or DOA. As we did not manufacture this product, we cannot be responsible for manufacturers defects. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Due to the arrangements with our suppliers there is absolutely no exception to this rule. We will however pay to send the replacement unit back to you at our expense.
