I am a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine and have practiced for 18 years. Go Bucks! My Bachelor of Science degree was in Natural Resources for Wildlife Management. I worked in research for 5 years at both the Institute for Coastal and Marine Biology in North Carolina and at the Cleveland Museum of Natural History before returning to graduate school. I am married with four children and my ebay business gives me the flexibility I need for my young family.

I like to get packages out the day after payment is made. For aerosol products, I have to ship Parcel Post because of government regulations and that can take 2-9 days as it is Ground Only. Otherwise, I much prefer Priority Mail. It is reasonably priced and gets the items to the buyers in 2-3 days after mailing.

I want happy customers and I will accept returns within 30 days for any reason. I will give refunds for all but shipping.
