One of the Best Movies We've Seen!
We don't care what any paid reviewer has to say about this film...We absolutely love this movie! In fact, we saw it in 3D in the theater and put it on our "Must Get/Own" list. Unfortunately, the 3D version on the disk is not as good as that seen in the theater (different technology), but we love that the "A" side of the disk has both the widescreen (theatrical) version and the full frame version to choose from. Some scenes (dino and carnivorous plants scenes, especially) may be a little scary for the very young, but this is great for families to enjoy. We especially like the tasteful way that Max's discovery was done. Excellent acting, as well, by all in the cast.
We love this film so much that we've bought extra copies to give out as friendship gifts to others!
In our opinion, this version of "Journey" is the best film version of the story done to date!
Highly recommend it to everyone!

A #1 MOVIE
It is rare, in this day and age of hit movies that almost automatically do sequels, to find a sequel film that quite nearly out-does the original film. The cast and crew of this movie absolutely shine, and the commentaries and other special features (i.e. the featurette on the simian actress, Crystal, the gag reel, and the "Phinding Pharaoh" are particular favorites) make this a total "thumbs up" in our point of view. Our only regret is that we didn't get to see this (or the first "Night" either, for that matter) when it was in the theaters. If ever there is a "Night...3" in the theater, we will absolutely make sure that we'll make the trip to see it on the big screen. However, seeing the film on Blu-ray and on DVD at home was definitely NOT a disappointment. The humor is outstanding--it doesn't overwhelm the story line, and the special effects are not over done. A truly wonderful film for all ages, and the Blu-ray/DVD/Digital package gives one all the options!

Golden Voice! Love This Album!!!
Actually own two copies of this album, it's so good! Favorite songs are those in Italian ("Alla Luce..."--my absolute favorite, "Canto..."--my second favorite, and "Un Amore..."). Love that he's included them in his latest tour ("Awake"). A truly great voice and very versatile, which he's shown in his later albums to a greater extent. Absolutely love this album!
