Not an authorized Nikon reseller so no USA warranty. Battery DOA so add $4.00 to the price of buying this unit. For this asking price get it from an authorized seller. Vendor ships quickly, responds quickly, but buyer beware for doing business here. Maybe a better vendor in the auto parts business, as that is how they are listed.

No where in the listing did it state I was an authorized dealer. ?????? Item was brand new in packaging. I had no knowledge that the battery was dead as the item was new. Buyer requested a partial refund in order to buy a battery and I declined.
