I'm the Chief Operations Officer/HR Manager at a non-profit clinic that provides health care to low income people that don't have insurance. In my other life I am an avid spinner and operate my home business selling exotic fibers, yarn, etc.

Started due to my passion for llamas. First items sold on ebay were a joke. My husband made a g-string out of llama yarn and I listed it for grins. Quite a few of them later I've expanded my business to include exotic and unusual fibers. I package in smaller lots as that is what my customers want. However I'm always happy to set up a special lot for you with a better price on larger purchases. We recently put up a shop and I'm expanding my offerings and once it is organized I will be stepping up my inventory and have more room to create my unique blends. I prefer to offer my customers things they can't find in other stores.

I am happy to take your credit and debit cards through Pay Pals. That is the safest form of payment for both of us.

I ship all over the World and package items to keep the weight down, while still protecting the item. This helps keep costs down for my customers. I don't try to avoid paying ebay fees by hiding the item costs in the s&h charge. I won't buy without knowing what shipping charges are so all my auctions include a price so you know right up front what to expect.

Unlike some other stores, I don't believe in passing the cost of returns on to other customers. I will consider returns as an exchange only in special circumstances. There will be a handling fee assessed to cover costs of repackaging the item, etc. I really appreciate it when you ask questions ahead of time. I will always answer those questions as quickly as I can. I want you to be happy with your purchase.
