I take great care to describe everything in the greatest detail possible, including pictures and measurements, to avoid any misunderstandings and answer all questions promptly. So I do not offer refunds unless I have made a mistake. I have found that when issuing a refund, by the time I deduct my eBay/Paypal fees and shipping fees back and forth, there is not much left of the refund unless it is an expensive item. So the few that requested it after changing their mind about an item decided not to return it for a refund.
