I am a SAHM to my 2yr old son. I occasionally teach at my local community college and enjoy making jewelry and the thrill of a good deal. I enjoy selling (and buying) on eBay because of the great deals.

I don't believe in making money off shipping. If an item is listed as having 10.50 shipping or 19.00 shipping, it is because that is what the post office charges for that weight. I prefer to ship USPS Priority Mail because when you pay fast you should ship it fast (plus if you are anything like me I don't like waiting to get something once I've bought it!) I will occasionally ship an item either first class (parcel post) mail or even expedited shipping or another carrier if that is preferred from the buyer. All auctions will be sent with delivery confirmation info (this is free for priority mail customers- a small fee applies to parcel post/ 1st class mail). I will also require signature confirmation on more expensive items or electronics.

I am open to returns on a case by case basis.

I am a very honest seller. If I make a mistake (not the post office, UPS or FedEx) in shipping, I will refund the shipping cost. If I make a gross mistake in the listing, I will also refund. I will never sell anything that I haven't thoroughly inspected and will always honestly list an item that has any defects. Lying gets you no where and it's bad for business! I have been on eBay since 2002 and am proud to have maintained 100% positive feedback. I will not leave positive feedback unless I honestly believe that you deserve it. I also believe that if you make a mistake, as long as it is handled properly and quickly, that you can still give/ receive positive feedback.

I also communicate frequently with the winning bidder. Typical post-sale communication with the buyer goes like this: 1. Congratulatory message with invoice for your items 2. Thank you message for payment received. 3. Shipping notification with tracking info. 4. Follow up email if feedback is not left within a week. As you can see, I send a lot of mail and I always keep copies of any messages that are sent to me from the active listing to after the sale. This protects me as a buyer and a seller. Unfortunately, people have tried lying to me but they usually back down once they know I have their original statements. Bid with confidence from a seller you can trust and thank you for your business!
