Item came exactly as described. The computer was in excellent condition. Really looks brand new. Packaging was secure and well done.
The seller mentioned that there was an “American Airlines” tag on boot. That can easily be removed by going into the BIOS > Main Tab select System IDs > Ownership Tag > from there you will see that it says “American Airlines”. Following the onscreen prompt by pressing the space key followed by the enter key to clear. Save and done.
