I agree - eBay IS biased!I feel many of eBay's policies ARE discriminatory! While it may be true that "the customer is ALWAYS right," eBay takes this adage too far! I had a buyer DOWNRIGHT lie and say that a product was a fake and not the "real deal." Without hesitation, eBay refunded the buyer's money by debiting my account. No questions were asked - the buyer's word was taken as the truth without giving me a chance to reply. Of course, the product was NOT fake!
