I have been a member of ebay since 1999. My ebay ID has remained the same in all that time. “Poppylight” is named after my German Shepherd dog “Poppy”, and the “light” part- was that Poppy could lighten up any room she entered. Some sad news, in the summer of 2007, my faithful friend of 17 years was put to her final sleep. When I think of my dog Poppy, and what a beautiful friend she was, I often think of this poem: If tears could build a stairway and memories a lane, I'd walk right up to Heaven and bring you home again. I felt it necessary to pay tribute to Poppy- as she was such a wonderful dog who will be much missed, and never forgotten.

About my Ebaying: I truly do enjoy ebay… even when sometimes ebay changes the rules not to my best liking… I still come back; Ebay has been my guilty pleasure for years. I am mostly an EBAY buyer, but at times I sell too; because I am mostly a buyer- I know how important it is to get what you think you are buying. I know, from first hand the frustration on what it feels like to get anything less than what you wanted. So I do my very best to sell high quality items that I would want myself, and describe them to the best of my ability. It makes me truly happy knowing that my customers love the items that they purchased from me.

I agree with ebay’s statement that most people, are good and honest- and you know what?- with all the years I have had on ebay, I found that to be really true… most people are good! Smile .....
