Been in business 25 years. We work at County Fairs in the summer. Started working on E-bay to make extra money now that husband had a heart attack and heart surgery. Trying to stay home and not have to go on the road any longer.

Pay Pal, everything else is just a on going problem.

Calculated Shipping and global. I mail in a small envelope or box. Handling fees $1.00. This is the truest fees that I can do for the customer.

I will take anything back. You don't even have to tell me that it broke or this or that. Just mail it back no fuss. People tend to get cranky when they want to return something. No need.

Please message thru E-bay. I often have no time to check my e-mail.

During my time on E-bay 99.9% of the people I have met are great. However, there is an occasional problem. I sell a $10.00 item and sometimes spend a lot of time with a person for various unpleasant reasons. In the end, I have not made anything for my time and become, frustrated. Then there are those who are flat out, mean, and cranky. Or unflattering Feedback when it is unnessary. I block those buyers. I don't need it and wont have people coming at me in negative ways over the internet. My computer, my choice. Also, please realize, sellers all have lives and most of the time if you can't reach one there is a reason, they could be in the ER with a family member, or have had a car accident, a sick kid, all of which I have had in the past. These things come first. I will refund and cancel any sales if you aren't happy with the fact that my family comes first. Otherwise my customers are very important to me. Thanks. Poppy

Buyers don't send the size they need. I list the sizes they come in, there is a place on the invoice for size. Send biggest or smallest does not work. Also, you need to know what shape glasses you wear. If you can't read a ruler or don't own one, the place where you bought your glasses can tell you what size and shape they are. I will exchange, but the item has to be returned. I can ship that day if I have payment and know the size, if I don't have information it takes longer. I am not on e-bay 24 hours a day seven days a week. My husband has been ill for a year, my father died in April after taking care f him 20 years, I take care of my mother. I still have children at home. If you want everything right no or else, don't buy from me and then complain. I am often up till three in the morning trying to teach customers how to use a ruler or what shape they have etc. I use clip ons, because I need them to see. I try to sell them as a helpful service to others.
