They had an open box price for a Azdome GS63H dash cam. It said the usual open box information. And it arrived as described. But when I went to use the suction cup mount it would not stay attached to the window. I wrote them and told them I had this issue and the politely said return it. I explained I still wanted it and I had hoped they would have offered to replace the suction cup. I told them I found one for $8.00. They said they would refund me the $8.00 plus tax . And they did.

They issued a refund and requested that the product not be sent back. This seller has good customer service. I would rather have had the product but I was able to buy another one.

Received wrong item. Not even a tablet cover or a keyboard. Its an old drawing tablet for pc or Mac only. Seller tried to sell it to me and said they wouldn t ship me the correct item. They just shipped me the tablet because they were out of the keyboard and are just putting it on me. Itvwas obviously not an iPad keyboard. Looked used as well. The box for it had already been opened and items obvi repacked in it. its bigger than my laptop. Substandard and dishonest seller. Use at your own risk.
