You are required to Notify us of your decision to return an item prior to return. Refunds or Merchandise Credits are issued upon receipt and inspection of item. Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt to the Buyer. Buyer pays return shipping. No Returns on Lingerie or Hosiery.

October 09 ~ For those of you who are new to Portage Lakes Consignment, we do not use the Size tags that may or may not be in our items as each manufacturer sizes differently. All of our Items are Measured Flat & Doubled for a Comfortable Fit & Accurate Sizes. Please Check Your Measurements as well as Measurements & Size stated in our listing before Bidding. Also, as we are an actual store front and have an eBay store, there is No Smoking around any of our items. If you are sensitive to any smells, please don’t buy 2nd hand items of any kind. We do not use fragrance, scented anything on our items. We sell primarily 2nd hand items and we Do Not Dry clean or Wash any of our items in order to keep our Sales Prices down for our Buyers. We do not have laundry abilities at our facility. It is the Buyers responsibility to Wash and or dry clean items purchased. We use the U.S. Postal Service with Free Delivery Confirmation for each package shipped.
