Payment policy
All payments must be processed through our secure checkout system. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal and Money Order payments within 7 days of auction closing.
Shipping information
At Portero, shipping and handling charges are based on the delivery option you choose. Please refer to the flat rate shipping cost table provided at the bottom of your auction listing to determine your shipping fees. Insurance is required on all packages. We will ship your order via your chosen shipping method within 48 hours of receiving your complete payment for the item(s), including shipping and insurance (and applicable sales tax in NY). We typically ship within 24 hours of receiving payment and also offer expedited shipping options. International customers are responsible for customs duties, brokerage and VAT taxes.
Return policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept your unused merchandise in its original condition within 5 days for a refund. In order to qualify for a return simply contact our Customer Care Department within 5 days after receiving your item to obtain a Return Authorization. At Portero we guarantee the authenticity and operability of the items we sell. If there is an authenticity, operability or misrepresentation problem with an item we will be happy to issue a refund after you have obtained a Return Authorization as outlined here and the item is received in the same condition it was shipped. Please note that if you desire to return an item for any other reason a 20% restocking fee will apply. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
