Listing states NEW, but item arrived scratched and scuffed. Item shipped without a box in a flimsy, unpadded envelope which doesn't show apparent wear/tear, thus the monitor looks like it was shipped in this condition. Shipping was ridiculously slow, 5+ days from NJ to AZ. Shipped via DHL then forwarded to USPS, which is a BAD combination. The Tracking History on this item proves these 2 shippers need geography lessons! I went cheap and got what I paid for. Not worth contacting the Seller!

The package has arrived damaged and broken,.. you can tell that someone just shoved the folded/desk stand in the box cause the Styrofoam was all broken in pieces inside the box as well.. it was poor packaging!.. but anyways the stand was bent as well .. it was very disappointing!,.. it was supposed to be for my wife for Christmas .. I will not be ordering from this seller again!, and i don’t recommend it either.

I contacted and contacted the seller. They said that they would replace it. I proved that the product was damaged during shipping or transit I should say. Unfortunately I never received a replacement or a refund. I ordered from this company twice. First time great second time horrible shows me that I need to go to someone else and forget all about these people.
