We've been doing this for a long time now (16+ years), you can trust us. We're not corrupt or shady business people, we actually do business the honest way. We don't collect funds and run and we don't give out fake tracking #'s. Everything is real.

Mostly import games, us games, pretty much anything game related we sell.

Basically making my customers happy. We are a family business, we don't put customers on hold for an extremely long time, if you do call, an ACTUAL person will answer the phone. Sometimes we can't pick up all the phone calls, especially when there are phone calls every 3-4 seconds, but we do our best. Sometimes we do have unhappy customers because of a screw-up from USPS or UPS. Customers come down hard on us because of it, but rest assured, for all the positives that we have on ebay, we can honestly say that all the negatives that we've received have been USPS mistakes. On a personal level, I like to ship everything out the same day. Sometimes we may not have something in stock (RARE), and in the event that we don't, we can get the item within a couple of days. Don't worry, you guys won't be disappointed. We won't tell you one thing and do another. I, myself, work about 70 hours a week, we don't work out of a garage or some closet space, we have a 4000 sq ft. warehouse.

We've been around for pretty long. We opened our first store in San Gabriel, CA in 1991. Since then it's been a pretty big hit. When street fighter came around on the SNES console, we had a huge line that wrapped around the block. We've since then expanded from a small 1000 sq ft. store to a much larger warehouse.
