Shipping information
I like to use USPS Priority Mail for most shipping needs. It's really convenient that they supply the boxes and carrier pickup is a must. I try to keep the shipping charges as close to actual cost as possible.
Return policy
If the item you've purchased and received is not as I have portrayed it in my listing, then I will gladly reimburse you for the item's cost and original shipping charges after you have returned the item to me, postage paid by you. This must be done within 7 days of your receipt of the item. As this is a real pain to deal with, I always do my best to accurately describe the items I sell, as well as providing good pictures. To date, I have not had a single item returned, with having sold over 700 items. Honesty has proven to be the best policy.
Unhappy Customers
If you have purchased an item from me and are not satisfied for whatever reason, I ask that you contact me before you do anything. I have witnessed (from family members who also sell on ebay) that too often unhappy buyers will just leave negative feedback without first trying to resolve an issue. I believe that communication here is very important and it's not that difficult to contact sellers. If you need to contact me, I will usually respond to your message within a couple of hours. I'm always checking on my items and messages...guess I'm an ebay-addict. I don't list items if I'm going to be out of town, unless I'm somewhere that has internet access (is there any place that doesn't anymore?).
