Really dislike when people mess up my order(s) and send me the wrong item completely different. I won't pay for the return shipping cost for the exchange process. If an item is damage during the shipping process, that is understandable

Some of the items I sell will be imported from China, but is no doubt authentic and as describe. Therefore shipping will probly take longer than normal for those items to be delivered. Tracking information is always provided for all my items. Estimated Days and Time for delivery is always stated in my item's descriptions.

AS A SELLER: I leave feedback once my customer receive their item AND left a positive feedback for me. Since a seller can't leave any negative feedback, and to prevent against fraudulent and dishonest buyers, I have the option of not leaving any feedback at all. AS A BUYER: I leave feedback once I receive my item. If problem occur I contact the seller first before deciding leaving any feedback that may affect them. If I waited and there r no response from seller and say there were damage to item, not as describe, frauds, or not receive. A negative/neutral feedback is but necessary. OVERALL whether as seller or buyer, It would be good that there be mutual courtesy between us. If you leave a positive feedback for me, I will no doubt leave a positive feedback for you as well.
