I ordered 3/16 gold eyelets and I received bigger ones, they do not work with my puncher. I have a lot of 3/16 from other vendors and they are smaller.I sent a message to the vendor a couple weeks ago and havent received an answer. I also added a picture to show the bad product I received but no reply

I sent an e-mail to the seller. There was no response. The item was slightly bent when it arrived. The packaging did not offer and rigidity that would have kept it from bending. I did not return it or ask for a refund, so that is on me.
