Returns are subject to preapproval. We must be notified within 3 days of receipt of the goods. Item must be returned with 7 days in the same condition. Shipping charges are non-refundable (miss shipped items are the only exception) If an item arrives damaged, claims must go through the shipper. Insurance charges are optional on all items we list.
