Great video card for rebuilding older computers.
The 8400 was one of the last series of self-powered graphics and in the PCI-Express 1.0 family. It provided a satisfactory level of quality for what would now be older games such as Counter-Strike, Halo, and other games in their class. Overall for the current price of around $15.00 if you are rebuilding older computers it would be well worth the price.
MSI provides great levels of customer service, quality, and dependability in their products and have continued to be one of the leaders in motherboards and video cards worldwide.
