Scentsations was originally started in 1985 by my mom. My grandmother and her were both perfumist so my store is third generation. I have been using base oils (essential, compound & fragranced)to design new fragrances and create bath, body and home products since I was 7. Needless to say, I've become rather good at it. Pretty Things came to be out of the demand from our female client base to offer more items in the area of Kama Sutra, or romance and intimacy enhancement. Once Pretty Things gained it's own store front and we were able to integrate the fragrance bar, our pole studio opened, housing 5 12ish-foot poles. Now Scentsations and Pretty Things will again be splitting and Scentsations will become a all inclusive customize it bath and body shop as well as a meditation massage room that can be rented out by practicing therapists who don't want to rent full-time. We are always finding fun, new (and old-but great) items for our customers.

Items will ship the Friday following receipt of full payment unless other shipping arrangements are requested and afforded by the customer. We can ship USPS, UPS, FedEx. If customer does not request specific shiper, we will ship USPS for domestic orders.For Fed Ex, an additional charge of $10.00 will apply.

As we carry an extensive inventory we will not ship an item that is damaged or broken therefore if it is damaged in shipping it will only be replaced if customer requested and afforded insurance. For all bath/body/fragrance items FDA prohibits the return or resell of consumable products of this nature therefore we do not accept returns or give refunds on said merchandise. If you do order product that must ship by air, we recommend insurance or consider to allow more delivery time to allow for ground transport. Also, as prohibited by law, we can not allow returns, refunds or exchanges on adult toys or products. However, several manufaturers offer to replace broken toys if they are returned to the manufacturer with the original barcode from the packaging and a receipt of purchase (more details will be included with these purchases.) We are meticulous about battery testing all products before final sale & keeping in packaging at all times.
