The item was listed by USPS as delivered but was never found, even after contacting neighbors and a local search. My money was refunded by seller no questions asked. I did file a report with USPS but have heard nothing back. These folks are honest and I would deal with them again!

Outstanding seller! I actually ordered 5 boxes of these protein drinks. However, 4 were damaged during shipping (1 arrived in perfect condition). The seller notified me that the items had been damaged and offered/issued a refund within one day! I was worried there would be an issue getting the refund because Ebay actually listed the items as "delivered by USPS" even though they had never arrived. However, the seller tracked the items and found they had been damaged during the shipping process.
