Shipping is Simple.
Select the country home decor products you like and tell us where to ship them. The shopping cart provides an estimate for UPS and USPS shipping costs when you complete the order online. If you don't like the estimate provided, send us an e-mail or call to discuss other alternatives. If you happen to live nearby, we will deliver your order at no cost. If you prefer to ship via FedEx or DHL, just let us know and we will work something out. We are not trying to profit from shipping and handling charges.
Return policy
Damaged Shipments can be Easy - Once your order is shipped, it technically belongs to the delivery company. When your order is delivered, inspect the packaging! If there are any dents or holes in the box, make note of the damage when you sign for the delivery. Be sure to SAVE ALL of the PACKAGING that came with your order. If the carrier wants to inspect the damage, they will need to see the packaging.
In most cases, the delivery company will pay the full cost of replacement. If however, the product is damaged and you didn't make note on the delivery receipt... Now we're squabbling about who is at fault. Sometimes the carrier will take responsibility, sometimes it boils down to a judgment call.
Defective Products - This shouldn't be a problem because everything is inspected before shipment. If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us to make arrangements for a return/exchange.
