What I consider Important on Ebay
Exceptional communication. If a person can not pay for an item in a few days, I don't mind if they communicate. Likewise, as a seller, I send invoices, thank yous, delivery numbers and even a business card to convey what is happening & where their package is. I even send a request for feedback, once I know items are delivered. Like in a brick and mortar business front, if two people can communicate well, even mis-understanding can turn out for the better! I hope my customers see that!
Business InformationHistory/background
I have an extensive background! From owning my own day care to owning my own restaurant. I have lived in Houston, San Antonio, Minneapolis, and Dallas. I have worked clerical jobs, professional sales, to being a student at the age of 40 and making a name for myself on a historically black, hispanic serving institution-- and I am a fat white chick! LOL, but I try to give in community service to all people, and hence made friends, where others doubted I would! I have extensive customer service and and consulting background!

Paypal. It's safe, easy and quick!
Shipping information
9 times out of 10, I ship priority mail. It is quick, it has delivery confirmation, and the USPS provides boxes and supplies delivered right to my door. I try hard NOT to make money on shipping. It is just a cost of doing business and it helps my sales, I think, by so doing.
Return policy
Rare-- I try to sell perfect items so no returns are necessary. However, I do offer optional insurance, in case the Post office breaks something. It is up to customer to purchase it with the option given. Once in awhile something slips by that I did not notice. Please contact me in that case, so I may try to work out an arrangement with you! I do offer refunds occasionally as I see fit and when the customer is courteous and communicates well.
