I love playing Piano. I really wish I could purchase a Piano made by Steinway and sons. My favorite composer is Chopin and J.S.Bach.

I started my ebay life to sell beaded rings. That's why my ID is Princess-ring. One day my children started to collect Sylvanian Families and I made outfits for their figures. That was fun for me. I thought it would be fun to sell my handmade SF outfits on ebay since beaded ring was difficult to sell. I listed my handmade outfits and they were sold quickly. There were no other person who was selling outfits even on Yahoo Jp at that time. It didn't take long time for me to decide to start selling SF figures on ebay. That is the begining of my SF seller life. I was not serious before since my children were small and I had a lot of work to do for them. Now they are big enough and I can do my business for myself. My husband is working for Jp insurance company. He was working at the Wall Street when we lived in NY and lost many friends on September 11th. My husband is helping me a lot by picking up SF items on the way home from his office.

I accept Paypal payments only.

Usually I use small packet air mail.(1st class air mail for small size items) EMS shipping is optional. You have an insurance and a tracking number. I don't ship items by ocean. It takes too long to arrive at your place.

I don't accept returns except items are broken or damaged. If you have a specific reason to return items, I would be happy to do my best.

In Japan, there are two kinds of SF items. One is usual items which you can purchase at any store of town and the other is the items which you can purchase only at the stores called Sylvanian Market. There are only 10 to 15 Sylvanian Market in Japan and only two stores including SF official internet store sell items through internet. I am lucky that I live in Tokyo. I have a few SF Market I can go by car or train. Most of prefecture in Japan has no Sylvanian Market so it is difficult to get SF market items even in Japan. Official internet shop doesn't sell all kinds of items.

I am taking this ordering system since I can't stock all the SF items in my house. I have no big house to store them all and it is risky for me to carry unsold items a lot. I used to list only in stock items but many people asked me to get Jp SF items which were not on my store. That's why I started taking order like this. My customer can order almost every Jp SF items available from my store. I order items once large order are placed to save shipping cost to my house and keep the price low. I hope you understand the system and be patient to wait till the expected shipping date. I am shipping earlier if it is possible. Sometimes I place an order to the store if a sizable order is placed far before of order due date.
