Though I haven't sold anything just yet, I prefer the convenience of UPS for America. I won't sell overseas though if I can help it.

Most things like electronics and things that can be defective or dysfunctional, I will take back and send all the money back. However, for things like books and other objects, there is a little bit of a buyers beware. I try to sell good items, but forces of nature like things that happen in the mail, I cannot control and I'm sorry if it happens to you, but what can I do?

I never really answer the phone, but I always check my personal e-mail several times a day, I get alerts when I get new mail, so if you want to contact me, my personal e-mail would be the way to go.
