I wrote a review for this seller before realizing there's a character limit, and now I'm upset that I won't be able to explain in detail how helpful this seller was. Not only is the product really the Olaplex you get at the salon, when I had a problem with the application process (I'm not a pro hairstylist), this seller (who is a pro) talked me through my mistake and even sent me a 2nd box free of charge to ensure my experience was maximally helpful. I'm so pleased. Cannot recommend them enough!
