My Business is called THE FANTASY DEN. We have been a plush toy business for over 25 years. We sell at Teddy Bear and Doll Shows, by Mail order and on eBay. Many years ago I used to do a mail-order catalog.

Payment policy
I prefer payment by Pay Pal but will consider a cashiers check or a money order if that is your only way of paying within the United States. Outside the US I must ask for Pay Pal payments.

Shipping information
I will ship most items to any place in the World. I only ask you to pay the actual shipping costs for an item. I find it annoying that people charge more money to ship an item than the shipping actually costs. If you buy two or more items at the same time, I will of course combine shipping costs.

Return policy
If you are not satisfied with the item you receive from us, you may return it in the same condition you received it within 2 weeks, and I will refund your money.
