I have sold many different things and have learned some hard lessons...like the need to be VERY specific when describing homemade DVD's that I put up for sale...and to always test an item before selling it or state that it hasn't been tested.

Shipping information
I try to ship everything at least First Class because when you ship something by Media Mail or Parcel Post...sure, you save money...but the USPS really takes their sweet time delivering it...and I know how much I hate waiting on something...so I wouldn't expect my customers to feel any less anticipation. Most times, I'll ship by Priority Mail.

Return policy
I usually try my best to keep the customer happy...but most of my items are sold as-is. If I am able, on certain items, I offer returns if the item sold is defective.
