Shipping information
I generally ship items within 48 hours of receiving payment, and will notify the buyer when the item is on its way. The buyer is responsible for paying the costs of packing supplies, insurance, and actual shipping charges unless otherwise stated in auction details. I do require insurance on my items in order to protect myself as well as the buyer.

Return policy
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on custom made items. I try to be very precise with size and fit descriptions, so please check your measurements closely before bidding. If there is a problem with an item resulting from workmanship on my part, I will gladly repair or replace the item to ensure your happiness. Returns on all other items shall be discussed with the buyer on a case by case basis. Prior to purchase, if you have any questions regarding the returnability of a specific item, please do not hesitate to ask. I want you to be happy with your purchase and will work with you as much as I can.
