I was born and raised in the Philippines and moved to the US in 1992 as a therapist. I consider Maryland my home now. I always seem to find my way back here no matter where I've moved, I just keep coming back to Maryland. I'm an easy going person and not hard to get along with, down-to-earth, spontaneous, funny, interesting, nature lover and a gardener at heart, idealistic and inquisitive. I'm an outspoken advocate for healthcare and animal rights which had given me opportunites to go to Washington, DC to speak to our lawmakers whenever they're on recess. I also love to shop and sometimes can get overboard. Some of the things I will be listing here are things I bought and never got around to use. I felt that I need to downsize and start getting rid of the stuff that I've not used and de-clutter my closets. I hope selling them on eBay will help and at the same be able to give to charity. I'll be quick to reply to anyone that has questions about my items that I'll have on my list.

I strive to describe all my items as accurate as I can get and answer questions as soon as possible. This will enable any buyer to make that informed decision about any of my listing they're planning to bid on. I don't accept returns or will give any refunds unless it is absolutely necessary. That only means when I've made a mistake on my listing. I can't help anyone that wish to return any merchandise due to buyer's remorse. It sounds like a pretty stiff policy, that's why I encourage people to ask questions first and bid with confidence. If the mistake was on my part, I will do my very best to settle the issue and come up with the best solution-the item can be returned within 5 days of receipt less 20% restocking fee and S&H. Items shipped back will have to be in its original form or condition & must have a confirmation and tracking #s to be sure that my policy will be followed.
