I'm Dave and with help from my wife Tracey we sell on eBay as a full-time job. We have 3 children, 2 of whom are disabled so it's nice to work for ouselves and be there for the kids.

I had to leave my job to help look after our 2 disabled sons and we'd dabbled in eBay selling our 2nd hand items for a while so we made some contacts in the wholesale trade and set up selling professionally. Still a long way off being millionaires but being there for our kids makes it worthwhile! We've had some great customers and it's nice to find a human side to internet selling!

We prefer PayPal but UK buyers can also pay by Personal Cheque, Postal Order or bank transfer.

We aim to ship all of our items within one working day of receipt of cleared payment and guarantee to ship within two working days. We recommend that you pay for the Recorded Delivery option where possible so that any delivery problems are more easily solved. If you buy more than one item, ALWAYS wait for an invoice from us before paying. We ALWAYS give some level of postage discount for multiple items, even if it's just 50p, but because of the range of items we sell we sometimes have to weigh the items to check the postage.

We ALWAYS acknowledge receipt of postal payments (and most PayPal payments too) and ALWAYS e-mail when your item is shipped. If you don't get an e-mail, check your spam/bulk tray as some eBay messages get filtered out on some networks! (Probably more than you'd expect!)
