We ship Calculated UPS Ground Insured. Shipping damage does happen from time to time, that's why EVERY ITEM is insured, NO EXCEPTIONS! This is to protect you and I both and to help insure a fair outcome if something does happen. If a return is accepted, the item(s) must be returned with or in the original packaging. You will be given a full refund including shipping but we do not cover the return shipping, the return shipping is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Returns will only be accepted for seven days after receipt of the item(s). Refunds will only be given if the item(s) are proven to be grossly misrepresented, broken, not working, or not as described. If the item(s) is returned and is found to have been accurately represented and in full working order, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. No Buyer's Regret refunds.

Please note that some of our eBay items are simultaneously for sale in our retail store, and we reserve the right to end auctions early and remove items within the rules set by eBay (not less than 12 hours remaining, reserve not met, etc.). Also, although we spend a lot of time maintaining our eBay store, it is not electronically linked to our in-store inventory. Therefore, if an item has recently sold in our physical store and we have not yet removed it from our eBay inventory, and you purchase this item, we reserve the right not to sell you the item. This is highly unlikely, and we apologize in advance for the inconvenience should it happen. In addition, in the case that you pay via PayPal before we are able to notify you of the event, we promise to refund your money, in totality, immediately.
