Good communication and fast shipping. My air handler was damaged and heat kit missing, but it was not the seller fault it was the shipping company. When I contacted the seller, they helped me through the process to get in touch with the shipping company. I will buy from this seller again.

This was the worst experience I've ever had buying equipment on Ebay. After spending $5k on an AC unit and confirmed delivery for my client and crew I never received the item. Then 2 days later I only received half of the unit after rescheduling again with the client and crew. Now it's been over a week and still no unit or communication. This is horrible customer service and flat out bad business. I've lost a lot of money on this unreliable company and would advise you stay far away from them.

We agree with the Buyer, the carrier ( RoadRunner } failed both of us so bad, we have shipped the item in time, done every effort to get them to deliver, we communicated with the buyer all the time coping him with what transpired with the carrier, but the carriers terminal did not do their job which resulted on this negative feedback after many years of 100% rating with EBAY and every one else
