Perfect for irritation that occurs on the neck from the headgear
When I wear my headgear i get sores on my neck where the headgear goes, and I know I'm not the only one. But i buy these and put the 2 pieces together around the headgear where it goes on my upper neck, and it works great! Since using these for that I haven't had any issues or recurrence with those sores. As for the different sides, I always have it on the 'cooling' side and have never tried the other side so I can't comment on if it really cools or not compared to the other side, but that being said they're comfortable and don't cause any issues at all.
