Please read all of my policies below, as they are valid and standing for ALL of my auctions, as per eBay's policy regarding where 'Auction Terms' can be listed and still be valid. By bidding, you are agreeing to my complete terms/policies below.

I have been an avid buyer and seller on eBay for over 10 years now. I do not rip people off, and I do not attempt to rape people on shipping charges. I pride myself on e-Mail communication, and as a buyer you should expect more than just automated replies or go days on end with no reply about when your item will be sent out, your tracking #, or that your payment was received. The only exception is for large Power Sellers. When you win an item from me, you are not only getting the item, you get excellent communication as well. I can't say I am the greatest conversationalist, but I will definitely answer any questions you may have before and after your bid (in a reasonable amount of time), which is a lot more than other sellers that need to work on their communication, rather than ignoring their bidders/buyers. I accept only Paypal usually. All PayPal 'E-CHECK' payments will be held for up to one week AFTER CLEARING, on top of my normal shipping time. All Payments are typically required within 7 days of auction end. If payment has not been received within 7 days, I report all non-paying bidders. All items upon payment will be sent to the address field in the PayPal payment only. This is to protect your account, and myself from fraud as well - There is absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS to this, including gifts and items being sent to work places. On very rare occasions I will accept other forms of payment, but only when listed, and it will be stated on the description page, or via e-Mail.

If you would like a FedEx quote, please feel free to contact me, along with your country and postal code. I send items via FedEx or USPS, and UPS upon request. Items are typically sent out within 2-4 working days of receiving payment, or less. If there are any delays, you will be notified ASAP. All shipping prices automatically include Delivery Confirmation/Tracking. I pack all items extremely well, but I will not be responsible for any damages or DOA if you do not pay for insurance. Insurance is always available on any item as per the carrier's rates. All items with a final bid of $250.00 or higher, will require both Insurance and Signature Confirmation (or some kind of signature service). I will typically combine shipping for multiple auctions, depending on the item shape, size and weight. I will only combine shipping on combined payments. Combined shipping quotes are available upon request. I will not ship International / Overseas via Air or First Class, due to a few lying buyers.

All items are tested and working, UNLESS STATED or if the item is new in the box. Please read the description details PRIOR to bidding! I typically do not have a return policy, as all of my terms here state all my policies, and my auction descriptions plainly state what is or what is not included with the particular listing, and gives you an excellent/perfect idea of what you are bidding on. Any doubts, always ask questions, and do not assume something that is not stated. As there are always exceptions to just about every rule, if for some odd reason that something is completely off due to a mistake on my part, I will at that point make arrangments to adjust to the situation, which will vary depending on the item.

Please contact me via the eBay contact seller button/link found on my feedback page, my auction page, my 'eBay My World' page, or anywhere else on here that will send a message to me. I will typically respond anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours. I prefer to handle everything through e-Mail contact, as any previous phone contact I have had with sellers/buyers has been not only awkward, but the same effect could have been accomplished through e-Mail.

As a Seller, feedback is always left upon auction completion, meaning: AFTER the buyer notifies me that they have received the item, and AFTER the buyer leaves feedback - NO EXCEPTIONS. As a buyer myself as well, I believe that the buyer should be the one to leave feedback first. I also believe that if there are ANY problems that the buyer should contact the seller to resolve them, prior to leaving feedback. I implemented this policy long before eBay changed their feedback rules.

This applies to ONLY non-U.S. bidders: I mark all customs forms as OTHER or Merchandise, unless the item is $50.00 USD or less, and I will mark the form as GIFT at that point. NO EXCEPTIONS! It is considered a felony in the U.S. to falsify customs forms in order to bypass tariffs/taxes being paid on items exported to foreign countries. I am not responsible for any fees, tariffs, or taxes that your country imposes upon you for receiving items or merchandise, whether in error, or correct. It is your responsibility to know these charges beforehand, and your responsibility to pay them. So, unless you plan to pay the fees for me or defend me in court, don't even bother asking if I will falsify customs forms. If someone else falsifies the documents for you, they are not only putting themselves at risk, they are putting you at risk to not receive your items.
