Pulls nasty oils and gunk out!
As a person who has always had an oily nose and had problems with blackheads, or generally clogged pores I must say this thing works great, pulls so much gunk out. I don't have the same problems some others have said of circles or hickeys left behind and I use it on the most powerful setting. Within a half a minute of using it any marks are gone and color is back to normal... If I don't use it for 2 or 3 days again the amount it pulls out is amazing. I add a piece of cotton under the plastic head to keep any gunk from getting into the pump, that works well as seen it does catch what's not stuck to the clear plastic nozzle... Then I use a acme medicated cleaning pad on my nose to get good chemicals into the pores and all the oils off my skin....
