I try to ship within 3 days of reciept of payment. I usually have lots of auctions end on one day and pack the next & ship the one after that. So many folks buy multiple items it is difficult to pre-pack stuff, often have to unpack and repack stuff together if I pre-pack so I wait until the item is sold in most cases. If a payment comes in the mail , may have to wait a couple of days til the next packing session

Typically I allow 3 days for inspection/return for refund. Longer in extenuating circumstances such as out of town, sick, etc. I ask anyone contemplating bidding on one of my items to do so with the knowledge that if a problem is encountered, please let me know so I may attempt to rectify the situation to their satisfaction before they leave any feedback. I try to please but need to know what the needs are.
