I am currently a health unit coordinator in nursing school...hoping to get my ARNP. I love doing research, well anything to do with science really. My favorite past time is studying mycology and spending time with my family.

I don't, I am a pack rat.

Science type equipment, nurse (nursing) supplies, books especially reference or textbooks (My favorite are mycology based ones), I want to start a fungi herbarium so anything that will help me accomplish that, medical supplies, carhartt, outdoor sporting goods and clothes (I live in the boonies on 8 acres in the pacific northwest...it gets cold), anything that may be different and interesting.

Okay now this is kind of ironic about me...but I have to admit I love Rap music :) Especially Too Short. I also love country, love songs with Delilah, soft rock, alternative, rock, opera (well Placido Domingo and the three tenors), R & B, oldies...Okay so I think I like it all.

The Dog Whisper, Wheel of Fortune, Jepordy, Are you smarter than a 5th grader, anything national geographic, animal planet, or the discovery channel is usually good, game shows, and wife swap.

I have a lot of quirks, being top of my class in nursing school I get a lot of strange looks when I pull out listening to too short or some kind of rap music. I try not to conform to the one type of personality we are suppose to have if we are labeled as a certain type of person. I like what I like and if it doesn't go together oh well I'm happy. I love my family and am very close to them...my family also includes my cainine pets :) I am a nerd at heart, but most wouldn't expect it by my outward appearence. I get along with most anyone and can often find commonalities with other people ranging from the homeless to the filthy rich. I myself enjoy shopping at the Goodwill and Value Village. I am single, I just haven't been able to find someone that quite fits me, and maybe I never will...I am very picky on the morals end, which seems to be lacking severly in today's age. I am a bit old-fashioned. I was raised part time by my grandparents who I admire and adore, they are my heros.
