History/background
I started my business about seven years ago around a favorite hobby of mine, soapmaking. Being young and inquisitive allowed me to dive deeper into homemade bath and body products and as time went by I incorporated home remedies into my products. My bath and body products gained popularity after this addition as word of mouth spread.
Within the last 2 1/2 years I have had the pleasure of adding Japanese magazines to my store. Japan's language and entertainment hooked in years ago. Adding Japanese products to my store allows me to share both Japanese entertainment and the language with my customers.
Payment policy
I accept PayPal, check, and money order payments.
Shipping information
I ship using USPS. Most of my domestic packages are shipped Priority Mail unless otherwise stated or asked. Due to rate hikes by the USPS most of my international shipments are shipped First Class Mail instead of priority.
Return policy
I do not accept returns on magazines that I sell. While we do accept items for return, we only accept items that are made by Royal Quartz. This excludes any product that is not indicated in its description or by it’s category as being produced by Royal Quartz. To ensure the sanitation of our products and safety of customers who buy our products, we do not accept returns for Royal Quartz products that have either a broken or missing seal. All products intended for return must be sent within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
If you would like to return a product (that has its seal intact), please notify us before hand. Send us your name (first and last), your order number, the name of the item being returned, and the reason for the return.
