The box was a little damaged but I think that was probably the shipping company but the actual H.O.T.A.S was perfectly fine and I am so happy I was able to find this company because everywhere else the x52 pro sells for $200 but they sell it for $125 with free shipping!! It’s awesome.

Not sure exactly what happened during shipping as I never got what I bought, however, the seller was great giving me a refund. Definitely not the fault of the seller for this and because they were so good to give me a refund actually made this a positive experience.

Had a very horrible experience with the communication with this seller, it took forever for me to get my package. I tried reaching out to the seller many times but no response, seller doesn't seem to care about customer service or how customer feel at all. Will not recommend this seller to anyone else because of my horrible experience.. I usually do leave feedback but I don't want anyone else to experience the hell that I went through with the purchase. The delivery date kept changing also.
