We work dilligently to ship every order as soon as possible. We receive new shipments of merchandise almost everyday of the week. If a shipment is lost or delayed we will ship the order or a replacement expedited at our expense. Check your ebay messages and the email box on your ebay account for updates about your order. We are not responsible for delays in shipments due to unanswered messages sent for additional information, i.e. address correction, order clarification, etc. We will combine shipping whenever possible within the limits of the carrier services size and weight guidelines. If you are purchasing multiple items be sure to request combined shipping before you pay. Handling charges are applied to items based on the cost of labor and materials directly associated with the shipping and handling of the particular product. We strive to keep our shipping and handling charges as low as possible.

If an item is unsatisfactory for any reason please contact us and we will gladly work with you on a return, exchange or refund.
