Your forgotten family!
What was life like like for Italian immigrants to the USA? What did they endure? What was the life they left behind? The first 12 chapters of the books were fantastic, and anyone with an interest in their family roots will enjoy this! The few chapters on literature or film are either dated or far less compelling, but that is a minor issue - most of this book is unbeatable!
