I founded Ransome & Gwynn in 2008 to sell vintage and high-end men's clothes via eBay. The firm is named for two of my ancestors. Prior to founding Ransome & Gwynn I sold clothing and antiques as Martin Murphy Antiques. From 2001 to 2004 I sold more than 20,000 books through the Amazon Marketplace earning a 98% positive customer feedback rating.

We generally ship within 48 hours of payment and most of the time less than 24 hours after payment. Please let us know before you bid if you have any special shipping requests. The exception to this is when we are travelling and at these times a notice is placed on all of our listings warning that there will be a delay in shipping the item.

You can return an item for any reason within seven days of receiving it. If there has been an error on our part in the listing or shipping you will receive a full refund plus your return shipping costs if we ask you to return the item to us. In order to receive credit for a returned item you must contact us before sending it back.
