The Rat-alog was started by Debbie Ducommun. We bought it in 2000 and made internet shopping available. It quickly took off, outgrew our small office and strained our family to the limit. It's now on hold until I get my life sorted out (which may take a while). When I have time, I will be selling what inventory I have in stock here on E-Bay.

PayPal's by far the easiest for me, but I also accept most major credit cards.

We ship USPS Priority, Media, First Class and Parcel Post and internatinally via USPS airmail. In addition, there is a $2.40 packing & handling charge per order. Shipping is discounted when you combine items. If you do combine orders, please request a total before paying to save time and money!

As stated, most items (except the ones we're decluttering -- if you don't like those, you can always resell 'em on Ebay) can be returned within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price plus return shipping of Priority mail or cheaper. Original shipping cost plus packing & handling charge cannot be refunded, sorry.
