History/background
RAV Industries was founded in 2006 by Ryan and Victoria Eagan. Together we have over 30 years of sales and marketing experience in a variety of industries. Victoria has spent the last 10 years in the finance industry, primarily as a mortgage broker and Ryan has been in the auto sales industry for the past 12 years. Ryan is currently the General Sales Manager at Flood Ford of Narragansett. RAV Industries has become Victoria’s full-time career.
Payment policy
High bidders must submit payment via PayPal or personal check/money order within 3 days of auction end. Personal checks must clear before item ships. PayPal/money order ships within 3 business days. WE ONLY ACCEPT PAYPAL FROM BUYERS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES.
Shipping information
We ship via USPS within 3 days of cleared payment to the 48 contiguous United States, unless otherwise noted in description. We will ship internationally and to Hawaii and Alaska, but you MUST contact us for shipping rates. WE ONLY ACCEPT PAYPAL FROM BUYERS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES. Insurance may be required for some items, but such will be listed in the applicable auctions.
Return policy
All items are sold as is, with no implied or inferred warranties or claims. Of course, customer satisfaction is our #1 goal, so any item you feel is misrepresented or defective at time of shipment may be returned within 7 days of receipt. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges, including return shipping and will be refunded in full for the amount of the item only.
