History/background
RAV Industries was founded in 2006 by Ryan and Victoria Eagan. Together we have over 30 years of sales and marketing experience in a variety of industries. Victoria has spent the last 10 years in the finance industry, primarily as a mortgage broker and Ryan has been in the auto sales industry for the past 12 years. Ryan is currently the Sales Manager at Lexus of Northborough.
Payment policy
High bidders must submit payment via PayPal or personal check/money order within 3 days of auction end.
Shipping information
We ship via USPS within 4 business days of cleared payment to the 48 contiguous United States, unless otherwise noted in description. We will ship internationally and to Hawaii and Alaska, but you MUST contact us for shipping rates.
Return policy
All items are sold as is, with no implied or inferred warranties or claims. Of course, customer satisfaction is our #1 goal, so any item you feel is misrepresented or defective at time of shipment may be returned within 7 days of receipt. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges, including return shipping and will be refunded in full for the amount of the item only.
